11:30-12:30                 Brainstorming on Vision, Scope and Objectives of Working Group; areas of  expertise that we need presented

12:30-1:30 pm             Lunch

1:303:30 pm              Continue brainstorming on Vision, Scope and Objectives of Working Group; identify areas of expertise for which we need presentations

3:30-4 pm                   Break

4-5:30  pm                   Presentations as identified during morning session

  4. Product - manuscript outline

 

Thursday, January 25th

Morning:

                                    Break-out groups on subset of topics

12-1                             Lunch with EBM

Afternoon:

            Switch around groups to tackle other subset of topics

 

Friday, January 26th

 

8:30 –12                      A 30-minute summary + questions by each break-out group to the bigger

group (20 minute break around 10:30 am)

12-1                             Lunch

1-3                               Planning for next meeting; assigning tasks and timelines during the interim

            - Set date for next meeting

            - Set goals for tasks that need to be accomplished by next meeting

            - Identify replacement for DeWitt based on gaps in expertise
