10:30-11:30 Overview by Bill Fulton (Solimar Research Group) and Matt Kahn (CSUN) of their study of agencies, mandates, and the context of intergovernmental and interagency relations that pertain to CCRISP.

Discussion of short and longer term working group schedule.

Nominations for additional participants (if seen as desirable).

Work teams continue writing as time allows.
