- Raw data files related to time scale analyses of the North American mammalian fossil record.
- Certain genus names appear to have not been formally described but are listed anyway. See the discussion of informal genera, and tell me if you spot any mistakes.
- Certain species could not be included in the database for various reasons. These missing species are listed and discussed on a separate page.
- True friends of mammal fossils may be amused by the trivia page, which gives lists of noteworthy places, taxonomic names, and paleontologists.
