The dated tree uses a single calibration point (that used by Wikstrom et al.) and a number of nodes collapse in the strict consensus. Divergences times for specific nodes, i.e. the nodes that collapse may be misleading. Details of terminals comprised of several taxa are in the suppl. info. of the PNAS paper.
