Frank Davis is the Executive Director of the LTER Network Office, and directed NCEAS from 2011-2016. Frank is a Distinguished Professor in the Bren School of Environmental Science and Management and also Director of the La Kretz Research Center at UCSB's Sedgwick Reserve. His research focuses on the ecology and conservation of California species and ecosystems, oak population biology, and the ecological consequences of climate change. Frank obtained his Ph.D. in Geography and Environmental Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University and his B.A. in Biology at Williams College.
