    Nancy Baron is a Senior Research Associate for NCEAS and Director of Science Outreach for COMPASS, where she designs and delivers communications and leadership trainings for researchers. She travels the world working with environmental scientists of all stripes. In between, she perches at NCEAS where she enjoys engaging with the NCEAS community and learning about the new science initiatives.

    Tessa helps tell the stories of NCEAS! Collaborating with NCEAS’s working groups and staff, she aims to communicate science in a way that is informative, engaging, and accessible. Tessa has been a science educator in classrooms, aquariums, and museums across the country.
