    Nicole Greco (she/her)

    Nicole is a Community Engagement and Outreach Coordinator for the Arctic Data Center and NCEAS, focusing on communications, community involvement, and data science trainings. Nicole earned her B.S. in geology from James Madison University and her PhD in geology at the University of Florida where her research focused on glacial sedimentology and she found her passion for science communication and promotion of women in STEM.

    Angie Garcia

    Angie is the Community Engagement and Outreach Coordinator for both the Arctic Data Center and DataONE, where she furthers both projects' presence in their respective communities and the broader community. She holds a B.A. in Global Studies and Environmental Studies from University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). Angie has helped other think-and-do tanks with science communication and further developed her leadership skills through various roles in organizations while at UCSB.

    LM Bradley (they/them)

    LM is Gulf Ecosystem Initiative postdoctoral fellow, studying Gulf shrimp population dynamics under environmental stressors, such as temperature changes and hypoxia. They got their PhD in 2025 from Emory University, studying how resource quality alters zoonotic infection risk from trematode-infested freshwater snails through theory, experiments, and field work. They have expertise in biochemistry, mass/energy balances, disease ecology, agent-based modelling, and ecological forecasting.
